I got an eyebrow growth oil my friend recommended

A BEAUTY fan has shared the oil that changed her brow game in three months.

Though she was initially skeptical of the skincare buy, she was shocked by her results.

Redditor Lookatthatcass shared her beauty recommendation in a post.

She explained that a $15 castor oil her friend recommended helped her expedite her brow growth progress.

“I was not expecting much because I read mixed reviews. Some of the other cheaper brands definitely did not work for me and caused me to break out!” she said.

Cass, however, found herself pleasantly surprised.

“But… this worked for me!” she revealed.

For better application, she recommended buying additional applicator brushes or mascara wands to prevent making a mess.

“The applier tubes Amazon ships with this castor oil are cheap/break easily and it’s cleaner for your skin to not reuse the same applier!” she said.

Her before-and-after photos revealed the full extent of her progress.

She was able to completely reconfigure her brow shape, now that her brows had grown fuller and thicker.

Other happy shoppers have also raved about the inexpensive product’s effect on their brows and lashes.

One fan, Shelia, had the oil to thank for noticeably longer lashes.

“I don’t normally write reviews but this one was worthy of a good review,” she wrote.

“I’m actually shocked that I saw a difference and even more shocked on how fast.”

She explained that while she’s always had long lashes, she noticed they had become “short and brittle.”

“There are a ton of things that I can blame it on, getting older, having a toddler who tires me out so much that I viciously rub my eyes all day long, but no matter what the cause, something happened to them and I wanted them back,” she went on.

Though she turned to her favorite mascaras to add length, she found that they no longer worked for her.

“[I was] buying new ones when the old bottle was still full, thinking maybe the mascara just wasn’t working. When that failed, I tried new brands of mascara. Nothing made them even look longer,” she said.

Since turning to castor oil, she hasn’t looked back.

“I instantly saw a difference in the feeling of my lashes. I have very light blonde lashes so you really can’t see them without mascara. Applying the oil made them a bit more noticeable and the lashes seemed thicker.

“A few days went by and they seemed longer. Hard to believe, I know.”

Shelia explained that the key to dramatic results was consistent application.

“I have been applying two to three times a day. Morning, night, and a few minutes before applying mascara. It almost acts like a primer,” she said.

“I don’t use a lot during this application because I don’t want the mascara to smudge but wow, what a difference!

“I feel like I have my lashes back. That being said, I don’t know if it can make lashes grow when you don’t have them to start with but I can tell you it helped bring mine back to where they were in only a couple of weeks.”
