For this sourdough fried bread dessert, you'll need ghee for toasting bread, cumin seeds, fresh cilantro leaves and spring greens.
- Pour the sourdough into a bowl and add salt, pepper and chili powder or chili flakes if you want a little less heat.
- In a pan, add a tablespoon of ghee and let it melt over medium-high heat. Add the cumin seeds and wait until they release an aroma. Then sprinkle rent chopped cilantro and spring greens in the center of the pan; quickly pour the sourdough into the pan.
- Let it cook for half a minute to a minute, and then sprinkle on some cumin seeds, spring greens and cilantro. Use a spatula to gently roll the sourdough, toss in the fried bread once the edges start to brown.
