- Fry the tomatoes. Preheat oven to 400F. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Dust them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake them for 20 minutes or until they start to burst.
- Assemble the pizza. Reduce heat to 350F. Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Top each pizza with half the cheese. Add roasted tomatoes on top.
- Bake and serve. Pop the pizzas into the oven for 10 minutes or until melted. Sprinkle with basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve and enjoy!
