- Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and mix on medium speed until well combined.
- Add the raisins and walnuts to the cookie dough, mixing until everything is evenly distributed.
- Add old fashioned rolled oats, mix until combined, but be careful not to overmix the cookie dough. The cookie dough should stick together easily when rolled into a ball.
- Use one spoonfuls of cookies or tablespoon to divide the cookie dough into 1 ½-inch balls of dough.
- Place these dough balls on 2 prepared cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake the first sheet of cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and bake the other prepared cookie sheet.
- Let your cookies cool on the pans for 2-5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack to cool.
