The best pizzas are baked in a pizza oven, and on Pizza Day we talk about installing a pizza oven at The Collaborative. Pizza ovens are extremely hot (over 800 degrees Fahrenheit) so pizzas bake hot and fast giving you a crispy crust with delicious melted cheese. It's still possible to make a restaurant-quality pizza at home, but you've got to know the tricks. Allow us to educate you.
