- Prepare the grill. Preheat it to 375-400F. Grease grates with cooking spray.
- It's the season. Use paper towels to dry the chicken. Season all sides with salt and pepper.
- Fry it. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4 minutes. Flip it over and cook for another 3 minutes.
