Tips and variations
Turn this peppermint espresso martini into a party by serving it in a pitcher, with cinnamon sticks and crushed cookies to garnish.
- More toppings. Candied orange peel, finely chopped chocolate and crushed gingerbread cookies are topping options if you want to add more flavor.
- Freeze it. Add all cocktail ingredients to blender. Process until nice and frosty like a slush. Serve and enjoy.
- the dust Once served, dust the cocktails with some cinnamon, nutmeg or pumpkin spice for the perfect sip.
- Use a pitcher. It's perfect if you've got large gatherings. Rim the glasses as usual and place them on the table. Make as many batches as the recipe calls for and pour into a pitcher. Let everyone pour their own drink.
- Skip the shaker. If you don't have a shaker, pour the ingredients into a large serving glass and use a stirrer or spoon to gently mix together until well combined.
- Use stirrers. A cinnamon stick or small candy cane can make cocktails look extra cute when used as a stirrer.
