- Thickness is twice. Even the most dense cookies baked on a baking sheet simply these milkyway cookies can dream of becoming dense and guai as baked in the top pan of the muffin.
- Soft and humid. I make these cookies with more brown sugar than white sugar, so they are extra moist and chin. More so since we have left them underbacked some of the perfect soft-baked texture.
- Burdened with chocolate. If you are a stranger, the Milkyway is a type of candy bar that is smooth with a layer of naogat caramel and milk chocolate. Yes, it sounds as fun as it sounds. And, yes, this is the suitable choice for an extra thick cookie!

Baking tips and variations
- Do not overback cookies. The key of soft-baked, thickened and chin cookies ensures that you do not press them over! Leaving cookies in the oven, they dry them too long. Pull these Milky Way cookies from the oven when they just set the center to the center. They will continue to set up in the pan later.
- Bake different oven separately. I give a range of baking period in this recipe. Since some oven runs hotter than others, I recommend examining cookies at the initial proposed time (13 minutes for deep-dish cookies, 8 minutes for regular cookies). It avoids overbecking.
- Butter brown. For a more rich odor in these Milky Way cookies, make the butter in advance. You can follow my instructions Brown butter chocolate chip cookies Recipe
