Beets are one of my favorite vegetables. I use root powder powder in home -made redness, add them to salads and uses them to make the skin of the strawberry beetroops with excellent taste. The root gummies of the beets are a delightful way to get the benefits of gummy shaped beets.
My children love chewing vitamins and beets are also really high with nutrients. They are a refined way of sugar -free, gluten -free to get extra food in their diets. Plus, they have added benefits to those in sports or anyone who needs a brain or increased energy. This humble root tool has a lot to offer!
You can find premade chew beet Root Extract on store shelves, but they are easy to make yourself. Many of these chewing beets have also added ingredients that I would best avoid.
So what is so wonderful for beets?
The health benefits of beets
Beets are red thanks to anti-inflammatory and antioxidant betalains. Yellow beets also have these benefits, but from betaxanthins. Not only do they help protect against oxidative damage, but they reduce general inflammation. In a 2014 study, those who received an addition to beet root extract reported 27% less pain than the placebo group. They also had significantly higher energy levels!
You will also find many nitrate in the beets. These nitrates turn into nitric oxide when we eat them and strengthen the blood flow. Research confirms the production of nitric oxide not only in blood circulation, but heart health in general. Beets are known to provide natural support of blood pressure by normalizing blood pressure. Beets further support cardiovascular health by helping the heart cells and cells that line up our blood and lymph vessels work better.
A meta-analysis found that nitric oxide supplements helped non-Atlets perform better in patience-based athletic tests. Beets, which are rich in nitrates, show the same benefits when it comes to physical performance. Not only can beets give you a physical incentive, but they supply your brain with a stimulus of energy as well.
Beets have vitamin C, B vitamins, iron, manganese, potassium, copper, zinc and magnesium. You can read more about Why are beets amazing here
Pomegranate health benefits
Pomegranates are another dietary superfood rich in antioxidants and nutrients. They are widely explored for their benefits against cancer and blood pressure. Other studies show pomegranate Helps improve exercise and healing. While we may not be all professional athletes, everything that improves our ability to move our bodies and recover is a plus in my book.
Pomegranates have potassium, zinc, magnesium and 50% of our daily copper value. You will also find high levels of vitamins C, K, E and B.
Then, of course, there is gelatin that helps keep everything together in this recipe. Gelatin has many impressive health benefits of its own which I cover here.
How to make gummies beetroot
The process is very similar to my other rubber recipes. However, instead of using beet juice, I mix the whole root of beets. Fluid beets can be a messy process and not everyone has a liquid. It is also not common to find a bottle of beet juice in the food store juice section.
Simply cut the beets into pieces and mix with pomegranate juice. Make sure your blender lid is tight as this mixture will be stained! Mix in gelatin, pour into your favorite molds and have delicious beetroot gummies.

These are not a concentrated extract of beet root (like premada supplements). They also have no added sugar and synthetic vitamins! So while they offer many health benefits, you can enjoy a larger service size. These also keep well in the refrigerator for about a week.
