I discovered this cinnamon -free cinnamon recipe made with apple out of despair. (Isn't it so true that necessity is the mother of invention?)
In this special morning, I realized that I had only five eggs in the refrigerator – not even close enough to feed us all. Especially when each child could easily eat three each! I had coconut flour, home -made apples and coconut oil in my hand, so I mixed them and… voilà!
The kids asked them every day for a week straight, and a delicious breakfast recipe was born (and also “to go”)!
Best apple cinnamon muffins: a rest from the norm
I will be true here … I haven't always been a great baker who I think makes sense, taking into account Do not eat grains often. Apple cinnamon … or whatever fragrance you want!
I chose this combo apple and cinnamon out of convenience, but these muffins are extremely versatile. I even discovered that with some simple modifications, I could turn this recipe into Apple pancakes of coconut flour cinnamon!
Using either the recipe of muffin or pancakes as a base, try these mixes to change things:

Reduce the apple with ¼ cup and add an excess banana before mixing

Stir in ½ cup chopped nuts, like nuts

Mix in ½ cup cranberries or fresh or frozen raspberries

Add ½ cup chopped apples for extra texture

Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder to make muffins similar to cupcake

Top with chopped coconut before baking for an additional crisis
- Pass the apple and make them cranberry OR Muffins with lemon cranberry!

Heat the oven to 400 ° F.

Grease a cooker with coconut oil or use glasses of mug or paper linen

If you often need breakfast to go, try making a large set of these and raise them. Download to the counter overnight before eating.
Try adding apple or apple pieces to increase the aroma of apple even more. Fresh apples add some more qualities. If you like a vulnerable bite, choose for Granny Smith apples. Ladies Pink or Honeyscrisp offer a sweeter aroma, or just use whatever is your favorite!
