Tips and variations
Here is a perfect cheese bacon vegetable Fritata and my best tips for some of the ways to make this recipe.
- Do not reduce heatThe I found a good frita technique to keep the heat at the whole time temperature when you are cooking. Once you cook the wetis and add the egg mixture, your reflection may be dropped down so that you do not burn the eggs. Don't do it!
- Add more veggies. Feel free to toss in other vegetables you like! For example, Mushrooms or Juchini also pair this amazingly on this frita. Make sure to make them first to remove excess moisture.
- Sweach up the cheese. If the goat cheese is not your thing, try feta, chader or grue for a separate odor profile.
- Try a different protein. You can replace bacon with sausage if you want.
