How to make the air fryer steak bite
Follow these steps to cook in the air fries in a perfectly searted, creepy steak bite. You will find the printable recipe instructions on the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

- 1 1/2 Pound sirlin steak, cut pieces of bite -shaped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Warstershire sauce (or soy sauce)
- 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cosmetic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flake
- 3 tablespoons Salt butter
- 3 Clove garlic, raw
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, cut off
- In a large container, combine steak pieces, olive oil, warstershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Shake the steak coat well. Set aside.
- Preheat at Air Frya 400ºF.
- Once the air fryer preheat, place the steak pieces under the basket at a single level. Leave some space in the pieces so the outer part becomes brown beautifully. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in your batch.
- Fry the air for 6 minutes, turn around with half the way.
- When cooking the steak, heat the butter in a large skilllet in medium heat.
