The chicken salad is always on the menu for a picnic or spends a day by the pool. It seems to be one of the fifth inclusion in every baby's fountain and lunch. A curry version is a great way to keep things attractive. If we feel fancy we will load it on the crisan, or when you want something light for lunch, it will simply scoop on Avocado.
The notes of the element


- Chicken: This recipe uses 2 cups pre-cooled chicken. Rotassary chicken or left overs work perfectly. You can always bake and chicken breasts can also be broken.

- Curry Powder: We use a simple yellow curry powder. You can easily find the spice Isle in any US or Canadian grocery store.
- Lemon juice: Fresh suppressing always gives the best taste but bottled stuff also works.
- Sellantro: We love Silantro for that definitely fresh, citrus and a little spicy taste, but some people have the gene where it tastes like soap. Use your best judgment to include or not.

This recipe calls for cooked chicken and it comes with all kinds of options.
Rothesary chicken – Many American grocery stores sell cooked rotassary chickens that you can buy and pieces. It is often a “loss leader”, which means they sell it less than the less than Mak, so it can be a great thing. Many stores are now giving Rotassary Chicken Pre-Verved and packaged!
Frost -Visit the freezer section of your grocery store for the cooked chicken strips and fragments.
Chicken – For about 15 minutes or until cooking only 2 chicken breasts (about 1 pound) water or chicken broth (for more odor). Drain and crushed chicken with a fork.
Bake your own chicken – Put the chicken breasts in the 9 × 13 pan with light grizzled. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
