Aromatherapy for Bedtime
The evening is the time of day for deep relaxation. It’s often the time of day that we spend the most relaxing and the time we prepare for sleep. This is a perfect time for aromatherapy to come into play. Many turn to aromatherapy when they want to unwind, have a good night’s sleep, or relax after a long day at work.
Scents can cause memory association, which can help you relax. Do you find yourself relaxing when you smell a certain aroma? Maybe you had a candle burning when you were a kid and it reminds you of a cozy night with a family member. Whatever the association, you’ll want to use scents that will help you relax so you can sleep better.
