Having a kind of garden (even a small one) is something I recommend a lot, and I'm waiting for the early varieties of radishes that appear this spring. I will keep this recipe ready!
Drip healthy cream cheese (interpreting radishes)
The radish may not be on top of many food lists, but this unbearable tool deserves some loans. They are filled with vitamin C and boast of a long list of health benefits, such as cleaning the urinary system, maintaining a healthy blood pressure, facilitating blockages and providing respiratory support. Radishes also have antibacterial and antifungal properties and can even help blood oxygen.
While radishes are extremely healthy, children can especially find this vegetarian slightly spicy. By mixing cottage cheese, radish and cream cheese together, healthy fats from the milk tone under the zippy bite of radish. This smooth and creamy diving is exploding with fresh aroma from plants and a hint of heat from the radish.

Wash radish well and cut the tops and bottoms.

Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.

- Mix plants! This recipe calls for Basil and Parsley, but it is very forgiving when it comes to herb choices. I will add different pleasant herbs depending on what grows in the garden at the time. Mix it with some leeks, delicious wine, dill, or other selected herbs.
- Try leaving this cream cheese cream sits in the refrigerator for several hours or at night to allow the aromas to melt before serving.
How to serve the cheese radish cream dip
Try lighting soft dip with a little lemon juice. Or top it with some chopped green onions or jalapenos for an even more delightful blow! For an even softer aroma, mix in some parmesan or chopped minced cheese.
We like to plunge vegetables like bell peppers, cucumber slices and carrots in this drop. You can also use Potato chips homemade tortilla Or even potato chips if you want.
Making Radish Cream Cheese Down with Children
I have discovered that the more creative I get in the way we eat vegetables, the more my children are inclined to eat them. Taking children in the kitchen (And using the knives for sure!) It helps them want to eat their delicious creations. Same with having a garden: they want to eat what they grow up!
Here are some fun ways to serve vegetables for more variety:
- Slice celery in pieces of finger width and make “Smile Smile”
- Cut the vegetables into cubes and adjust a phallus for Kabobs Veggie. The softer ones, such as cucumber, celery, avocado and tomatoes are easier to get into a skewer.
- Let them arrange cut vegetables and vegetarian sticks in their art. Create a picture, make a scene, and then eat it!
