Marshmallows are always a big hit in our family. Years ago I created my Marshmallow's basic recipe (With optional probiotics!) And I have made some spin-off from there. This version of the marshmallow rose contains heart support herb, such as hibiscus roses and petals, and is naturally sweetened with honey.
Add a dark chocolate square and some houses Graham Crackers without wheat For a delicious one. Or eat them straight from the pan. They are sweet with a wet floral allusion that makes a great dessert, no matter how you eat them.
Love your heart with rose marshmallows
Marshmallows are probably not the first thing you think about when it comes to heart health. While we limit sweets, my rule is that every dessert should have a nutritional value. My original version includes the real marshmallow root and probiotics for intestinal health. I've also made elderberry marshmallows and Matcha marshmallows with useful herb.
I wanted to do something fun for Valentine's Day and my heart support plants came to my mind! You don't have to save these for Valentine's Day just why. They make a great year -round treatment.
Rose petal benefits
Most of us predict a bouquet of roses for special occasions, but they are more than just a beautiful flower. The rose petals have a beautiful flower taste and smell. You can do rose water or hydrosol, rose tea and other edible things with roses.
Rose is known for her ability to support the heart emotionally, especially during the time of grief and heart pain. It is traditionally used to help in trauma, depression and overload. Rose petals also support the nervous system, can help increase the desire for hormones and help regulate the menstrual cycle. Its unstable oils help relieve pain and anxiety.
Since it is a familiar flower, numerous rose cultivars are being sold. Wild rose or rOSA DAMASCENA have the most research after their medicinal benefits. If you do not have wild roses available for fodder or grow them in your garden, you can get rose petals from plant stores. Avoid using roses from a florist as they are often sprinkled with many chemicals and are not sure to eat.
Healthy Heart Hibiscus
Hibiscus has a pleasant toasted aroma that helps in the balance of the sweetness of honey. I like it These Mocktails Herbal And i even use it in cherry cough syrup. Higher rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which give her her sour taste and bright red color.
It is traditionally used to restore healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Hibiscus has a long history to use to support cardiovascular health. It helps to balance hormones and can also help regulate menstrual cycles thanks to its astringent actions.
Both Rose and Hibiscus are generally considered safe for most people, so I feel good about giving them my children in food. If you have a medical condition or any plant concern, be sure to discuss it with your natural health care provider.

Tips to make marshmallows of hibiscus rose
It may sound intimidating at first, but the process is really simple! I first make a strong herbal infusion, then add the gelatin to half the herbal tea, and simmer the other half with honey on the stove. Add both mixtures together, whip, and you have marshmallows!
Hibiscus of course has a vibrant red color, but after honey cooks and becomes darker the color is not so noticeable. If you do not want white marshmallows, you can add some natural red food coloring for a pink color. I used 50 drops of natural food color for a very delicate pink. It is not as strong as red coloring #40, but I'm okay with that.
Once the marshmallows dry and cut, toss them into some powder so that they do not climb to each other. You can use organic powdered sugar or Sagittarius powder. I mixed some additional rose petals and hibiscus with arrows in a coffee grinder for mine.
ESCROW: These marshmallows will last about 2-3 weeks at room temperature. Do not store them in the refrigerator as they will become very gooey and melt.
