I never thought I liked the dust of curry. Not sure where my negative opinion came from, but one time accidentally added it to a soup And I discovered that I love it absolutely. The unique and complex aroma makes the curry dust an extraordinary meal addition.
Now I add this powder recipe to the morning dishes, like our regular vegetable clash. I also use it with meat, soups and roasted tools. I have experimented by adding it to traditional curry dishes, though these are not my strength (someone wants to come to teach me?).
What is the curry dust?
The term “curry” is not exactly a clear concept in the food world. We apply it to any number of spicy, delicious dishes and usually associate it with Asian or Indian cuisine. Quite funny, most spices of curry dust do not use curry leaves at all, but are a mixture of different earthly and smoked spices.
curry Originating from the British occupation of India and the British labeled their Indian Curry food. So today's curry powders are really a European interpretation of Indian cooking. Over the years they have evolved some, but have different combinations of different aromatic spices.
You will find spice mixtures with dill seeds, dill seeds, paprika, ginger in the soil, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, kaena pepper, black pepper, chili powder, cumin seeds, breast leaves, garlic powder and cinnamon. Curry spice mixtures can use whole baked spices and then the soil in a spice grinder. Other recipes (including this) use ground spices for a faster version.

How to make a soft spicy of curry dust (or enjoy)
Why make curry powder when you can buy it? One word: Heat! Most predetermined curry seasons I have tried to pack a lot of heat and spices. This can be difficult for young children in particular.
Making your DIY spice mix allows you to adjust the heat to the right level for your family. You can also tear the recipe and leave out of spices you don't like.
How to use curry powder
There are many traditional Indian recipes and adaptations that work well with curry powder. It also works well as a spice for sweet potatoes, roasted chickpeas and chicken.
If you don't think you like curry, it may be you don't have the right mix for your tastes. Give your curry dust a test. Start by adding it in small quantities in simple recipes such as meat, roasted vegetables or soups and work from there.
