Summer has always been one of my favorite seasons. With an abundance of fresh products in the farmer's market, vegetables in the garden and Summer family activitiesIt is almost perfect … In addition to mistakes, poisoning poisoning and burning random sun!
Since we moved to the south years ago, I have to enjoy even warmer, summer weather. And with it comes even more mosquitoes.
Of course, Wrong spray made at home helps remove most mosquito, and home -made sun cream Helps avoid sunburn in the first place. However, it seems that at one point, one forgets one or the other and ends up with itchy, frustrated skin.
I am also one of those lucky people who happens to be a mosquito magnet. Even a few minutes out of the trash is usually enough to leave me with some bites. Plus, I like to spend time walks with my weighted vest or sunny noon in the lawn chair.
Solution?
Spray made at home against
This anti-tanking spray contains a mixture of powerful natural remedies that help eliminate itching immediately. I have tried it in mosquito bites, poisonous ivy, sunburn, Cub bitesAnd even by hitting nettle burns with good results.
The secret ingredient is the menthol crystals. I use these powerful natural crystals in Lotion to relieve my rod pain And mine Soothing shower melts for cold relief. Menthol is of course coolant and soothing and is often used in salvet, balm, mouthwashing, liniment, lozenges and other remedies.
If you have ever drank in peppermint tea and felt that cooling sensation in your language, thanks to the menthol that is naturally found in the mint. As I use mint essential oil in this coolant spray recipe, menthol crystals offer a more concentrated version. It really helps to remove the error bites and irritated skin!
Just be sure to use gloves or a tool when adding the menthol crystals to the rest of the ingredients. If you get residue in your hands and then touch your eyes (or other sensitive areas), it will burn!
Other cooling ingredients
I have also included aloe vera gel for its popular skin properties. Apple cider vinegar is another main ingredient here and is a naturally startling way to relieve inflamed skin. Lavender essential oil adds a little flower flavor and has a lot of data that supports its anti-tch properties.
Finally, you can also add some hydrosol calendula if you have some in hand. Hydrosols are a great way to add some additional skin caresses and last much longer than a herbal tea. I do this in a Spray bottleBut you can easily double the recipe or cut it in half to fit the size of your container.

Other natural remedies for itching skin
If you do not have all the ingredients for this anti-tan spray in hand, here are some more natural methods to test:
- Apply a bentonite and water paste on itchy skin. I also use the bentonite clay in my anti-tunch cream (Use it as a calamine lotion).
- Squeeze the peppermint leaves and rub them into the bite of errors for a natural menthol effect.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda and water for a soothing paste.
- Jewelweed is a traditional remedy for itchy skin, especially poisoning rashes. Don't feel like feeding it yourself? You can get a Salve jewelweed here.
While varnish is my first solution when it comes to calming a bite of itching, I like it too Bug bite. Simply put the device in the bug bite and pull it out to absorb the irritator!
