Food security for parties
One of our favorite times to make and use baked brie is at parties or other gatherings. However, you shouldn't let your baked brie sit for more than two to four hours. If it's a particularly warm day, you definitely don't want to leave it on for more than two hours, so be mindful of how long you leave it on so it doesn't go bad.
