I can't believe how delicious these lemon blueberry blondies are. They are not lemon like me Lemon browniesHowever, the tastes are so fresh and summarized. Each chewi, butterfly bite is sweet and juicy in-seizen is bursting with blueberries and lemon jest. In fact to pop the citrus tastes, I powdered the bars with a simple lemon glass before serving. I was in heaven of lemon lovers.
What makes this lemon blueberry blondie specially makes
- Soft and chewi. This recipe thanks to the melted butter and Brown Sugar, which produces Butter Blondies. They are soft in the center and golden at the edge.
- Fat with blueberry. I like to make these lemon blueberry blondies with fresh blueberry during the summer. Each bite is sweet, trembling with juicy berries! That being said, you can also make these bars throughout the year with frozen blueberry.
- Easy to create. All you need is a bowl and a few minutes of preparation to make a bowl. It's a simple, fast sweet that is suitable for the last minute baking!


The material you need
You need a few pantry basic to create soft, chewi, butterfly homemade blondies with blueberries and lemon. I've included my material notes here. Scroll to the recipe card after post for printable lists, quantities and details.
- Butter – I melted the butter for the densor, chewyer blonde in this recipe. You can use salted or unsalted butter, you like any. For the deepest to taste, try to brown the butter as I do as I do Brown butter chocolate chip cookies Recipe
- Brown sugar – Light or dark brown sugar gives these blonde a rich, caramelized taste. You can replace white granular sugar or half white, half brown sugar if needed.
- Eggs and vanilla – If you think of it, bring the eggs to the room temperature.
- Lemon – You will zest the lemon for the butter and then take the juice to use the glass.
- Dried material -Abd-in-the-the-fed flour, Baking powderAnd salt.
- Blueberry – You can make these lemon blueberry blondies with fresh or frozen blueberries. If you are using frozen berries, make sure they are completely swallowed and drained the extra juice.
- Powdered sugar – Combine with fresh lemon juice for glass.


How to make Lemon Blueberry Blondies

- Mix the blondie bowl. Start creating butter with sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon gest, baking powder and salt. Then, stir the flour until it is just mixed. Until the end, fold that cup of blueberry to the bat.




- Fill in the pan. Spread the Blueberry Blondy butter to a grizzed and lined 9 × 9 baking pan. Spread the blueberries at the top and gently press the bowl of them.
- Baked Lemon Blueberry Bloodies bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until they set up the center just. Let the blonde be cool.
- Add the glass. Finally, shake the powdered sugar with lemon juice to make the glass. Rainfall or spread in cool bars and let the glass set before your pieces are sliced.


Recipe tips
- Do not overback the blonde. Blondies should be underback some when it comes out of the oven. As they cool, they will continue to set up in the pan. Use a toothpick to test the center simply baked.
- Avoid overming. Like most baked materials, the bowl works extra dense, hard brownies and blonde. Be careful not to overmix after you add flour.

- Frosty You can froze the blondie in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Allow the bars to swallow the bar at room temperature.

- 3/4 cups Butter, melting
- 1 1/2 cups Lighter brown sugar
- 2 Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla drainage
- 2 teaspoons Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Cosmetic salt
- 1 1/2 cups All objective flour
- 1 cup Fresh blueberry, divided
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line of a 9 × 9 baking dish Perching paperLightly coat with baking spray and set aside.
- In a large container, butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon gest, baking powder and smooth salt together. Add the flour and stir until simply mixed.
- Stir in 3/4 cups of blueberries until they are evenly distributed and spread the bowl to the ready pan. Press the remaining blueberry on the top of the butter.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the center is just set and a toothpick is cleaned in the center. Allow it to be fully cool before icing.
- Once the bars are cooled, shake the powdered sugar and lemon juice together. Allow it to set it before cutting the glass into the bar and cutting it in the bars.
Note
- Save Airtite at room temperature for up to 3 days for the best refreshment.
- Froze airtight up to 2 months. Allow to melt at room temperature.
