2 ginger NSP capsules
2 capsules NSP turmeric (contains black pepper to increase bioavailability and absorption)
1 large lemon, roughly chopped (with or without peel)
2 large navel oranges (peeled and roughly chopped)
1 tablespoon. raw honey
1 small clove of garlic, as desired
1 tablespoon. apple cider vinegar
A pinch of cayenne pepper
2-4 tbsp. filtered water, as needed to dilute
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add water as needed to mix or thin.
Taste test, adjusting ingredients as needed. Strain through a fine sieve (optional as you may lose nutrients).
Pour into a tray or silicone mold and freeze as needed. When needed, place a cube in a cup of hot water for tea or add to a smoothie, or a soup or stew recipe.
