I would like to think of it as “mom's favorite”. This means I am one of those salads that may not be a child, but you just want to consume it as an adult and eat for lunch and dinner for the day. It has got a quick vinegar dressing and all the wet. You can like those Mediterranean tastes.
The notes of the element


- Linen: It is also called Garbanjo beans. Be sure to drain and wash.
- Cherry or grape tomatoes: You can use cherry or grape tomatoes. Slice in half or quarters. Use red, yellow or both!
- English Cucumber: They have more taste and less seeds than regular seedless seeds, but both can be used.
- Green Bell Pepper: Dice for the perfect bite. Try to use red, yellow or orange bell pepper for some extra sweets.
- Red onion: The best option for eating raw. We prefer red onions for their sweet and bite.
- Kalamata olive: If you do not find them, they regularly act as black olive alternatives, they are light in taste.
- Feta cheese: The Crumpy Feta adds the signature to the tanger of the Mediterranean.
- Tulsi and mint: Dry shrubs can be replaced in 1/3 of the amount of fresh space, but for this national salad you are advised to use freshly.
- Excessive virgin olive oil: Use a good quality EVO for dressing.
- Lemon juice: The best is the best but if you are short of time, you can use the bottled.
- White wine vinegar: Red wine vinegar or Apple cider vinegar can be used as an alternative to the same amount.
Veggie option
This wet-packed salad is so versatile and easy to customize. We use the Mediterranean components but you don't like anything or you are free to add everything you do! We offer asparagus, couch or avocador.

Lettuce twist: This is a suitable alternative for a well-circular vegetarian food. We offer butter lettuce or iceberg.

Day
We prefer to make a big batch of it at the beginning of the week and then it can be used for a snack or it for lunch for the whole week! It should last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
