The hair can be dried and fragile, especially in the summer months during the time spent outside. THINK beach or swimming in a pool loaded with chlorine. Hard hair care products can also damage the hair, leading to frizz, fractures and hair loss. This DIY hair oil treatment helps improve scalp health for healthier, natural hair.
I like it's cheap and an easy way to get healthy hair no matter the type of your hair. I even used this hair care routine in my 4 -year -old daughter then years ago to help her more manageable hair. Not only did she help her hair be easier to wash, but she also did not irritate her soft head. This recipe is so simple it's hard to call a recipe, but I just have to share it as it works so well!
It will leave your hair with oil, so make sure to shampoo it and rinse it after you are finished!
Diy hair oil
I have another diy hair growth oil recipe This functions as a hair conditioner I hold in a spicy bottle. That hair growth oil in rosemary is different from this DIY hair oil, which is more of a deep air conditioning treatment. Although both are great for the thicker hair and scalp!
This hair treatment helps improve dry hair with natural oils and has become a regular element in my hair care routine. It helps reduce hair loss, nourishes hair glands and can even help improve dandruff. This DIY hair oil contains salts rich in Epsom magnesium and the conditioning of olive oil and coconut nut oil for a healthy glow.
I have also included raw honey for its unique ability to help hair. Raw honey promotes the growth of skin cells, including in the scalp and moisturizes as it adds nutrients to the hair and scalp. Honey is also of course antimicrobial and antifungal and can be used as a Dandruff treatment.

The subscriptions of the ingredients
I use olive oil and coconut oil in many of my hair care recipes and hair care due to their omega fatty acids and other benefits. Some people find coconut oil makes their hair or skin dry. Other carrier oils will also work well. Try sweet almond oil instead of olive oil if you need something a little less oil. Avocado oil is also very nourishing for hair and a great option.
The addition of a JojobaBeaver oil or argan oil in the mixture are also a great way to treat your head! You can even add some E. Vitamins E. There are some evidence that vitamin E can help grow hair and a healthier scalp.
