We do not like this simple, slow cooker stew for its convenience, but for the depth of the taste it develops throughout the day and slowly cooking it. When adding additional starch on the roset potatoes, the taste from the green chile and spices soaks the taste, making this stew perfectly dense and flavored without using cornstarch or cream for the base.

- Pork: Not a tenderline, be sure to use a cut.
- Roset potato: Higher in the starch material, it naturally thickens the stuke.
- Carrot: Baby carrots also work, even cut them into small pieces for cooking.
- Daised Tomato: May replace with canned. Fire-rosted tomatoes are a great alternative for excess smoker odor.
- Onion: Use a yellow or white onion. Dice into small pieces of it.

Adjust the heat
Green chillies are considered to be medium -hot – green bell is spicy than pepper, but not spicy as olive.
For low heat: You can choose a light canned green chili and reduce or eliminate caen powder.
For further heat: Light green chilli for hot green chilli or canned dysted olives.
