The wild botanical harvest is a practice as old as the plants themselves and many of the cornerstone products here in the plants of the mountain roses are collected in this tradition. These important herbs can come from the mildly mixed Eastern European forests, Shrublands of Africa, or closer to the home in the United States Appalachian Mountains.
