This is a Thai Iided coffee recipe that you never knew that you needed, but can't live without! Must for summer, it is refreshed and creamy and sweet with maple syrup instead of heavier milk.

I'm alive in coffee. The funny thing is, I use to hate coffee but now its taste comforts me and almost makes me relax a bit. (I know that it was the opposite of what was supposed to do, isn't it?) A few years ago, when I discovered Thai Isd Coffee, our cute local coffee shop was running it as a special. Once I tried this delicious, I got addicted to everyone around me!
Why this Thai Iided Coffee will illuminate your day
Okay, caffeine certainly helps to enlighten your day. But not everything! Here is why you are going to like this recipe.
- A new way to fix your coffeeThe A strong coffee with a creamy, sweet milk mixture of Thai ice coffee with a mixture of sweet milk, all served on top of ice for a refreshing sip.
- Light – and no dairy is notThe Thai ice coffee is usually made with sweet sweet condensed milk and evaporated milk. If you are vegetarian, lactose is intolerant or avoid dairy for any other reason, it cannot be of it. So I use coconut milk! Maple with the maple syrup makes it lighter.
- And yes, have caffeineThe Usually Thai is made of coffee aspresso shot or one cup of coffee, which is made with low water so it is stronger in taste. In this recipe, I used a cold mixture, it is strong because it sits overnight with the field. (For more recipes including caffeine boost, try my Aspresso cashew cluster And Espresso Martini!)

- Maple syrup – Maple not only adds sweet, but also a nice taste in ice coffee!
- Vanilla drainage and nut extraction – This pair makes sugar cookies delicious (really!) And you will also like it in ice coffee. Nut extracted with the most amazing cherry smells.
