When the mountain rose plants started its Thai teaI knew I had to create something new and special with it. When I visited Thailand a lot of moon ago, I liked a lot of icy Thai tea, and it was very different from the type served here in the US did not have the same increased spices (or food coloring) and I have to admit, I miss the added spices, but not the coloring. When I saw the ingredients in the new tea of mountain rose plants, I knew I would have to create something really special with it.
