- 2 Tbsp green onion (chopped)
- black pepper (to taste)

SRIRACHA Mayo sauce (optional)
- ½ CUP mayonnaise (Use Avocado Oil Mayo for a healthier option)
- 2 Tbsp sriraca (or to taste)

Brown the soil calf or turkey over medium heat in a large pan. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Once the meat is completely cooked and fry, drain any excess fat and set aside.
