We eat many salads here around, so I like to change the dresses we use. While I am a fan of farm saucecan become boring after a while. This home -made pomegranate vinaigrette is fruit and light for salads, vegetables, or even a marinade!
I probably don't have to tell you that pomegranate salad salad from the grocery store is not ideal. With vegetable oils, added sugar and aroma, it is not the fresh vinaigrette that promises to be. Your doing just lasts a few minutes and really packs in the aroma!

I like to make a variety of home -made dresses because they are higher in nutrients (plus they taste better!). Pomegranate vinaigrette is fruit, soft, and of course milk and gluten -free. Pomegranate juice is the show star, filled with antioxidants to Support heart health. Extra virgin olive oil gives it a gentle feeling of the mouth and is rich in omega-3 healthy, anti-inflammatory. Like pomegranate, olive oil is also great for heart health.
To offset the exacerbation of olive oil, I have added apple cider vinegar to a mild flavor and health benefits of the intestine. Dijon mustard also adds a little tang and a delicate sharpness. Honey (or maple syrup) binds them all together to help sweeten naturally.

In a small bowl or mason jar, add pomegranate juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon juice and honey (or maple syrup).

Stir in the oregano, Marjoram and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the ingredients together until emulsifies, or seal the jar and shake until well combined.

Enjoy the vinaigrette and adjust the spices if needed.

Cool for at least 30 minutes to give the taste time to melt. Shake or mix before serving.

Wash it over your favorite salad or use as a marinade.
